Greater Bank Merewether Pro-Am
The Greater Bank Merewether Pro-Am has returned for another year offering playing spots to both Professional and Amateur golfers. Members and visitors of Merewether Golf Club are invited to take the opportunity to play alongside some of Australia’s finest golfers on Tuesday the 1st of October with playing spots available in both the morning and afternoon. The Pro-Am tournament will be preceded by the Annual Pro-Am Charity Dinner held on the 31st of September.

Merewether Golf Club is also offering a limited number of tickets to play alongside former professional golfer Brett Ogle. Brett turned pro at the age of 21 and soon became one of the most recognisable faces in golf. To purchase one of these coveted tickets, contact Peter Johnston at the Pro Shop on 49631869.
There will be two tee times on the day, the first shotgun start is at 7am and the second round will tee off at 12pm with another shotgun start.

The evening will commence at 6:30pm with canapés and entertainment on arrival and will include a two course meal and beverages. We are pleased to welcome two incredible guest speakers to the event.
Brett Ogle is considered to be one of the most recognisable faces in Australian Golf. After discovering the sport of golf at age 12, Brett Ogle quickly developed a fondness for the game. Within a mere 3 years, Brett reduced his handicap from 32 to 1 and decided this is the sport from which he would make his living. Brett Ogle is recognised as a gifted and charismatic speaker and we are thrilled to welcome him to our 25th Anniversary Dinner.
Also joining us on the night is Dr Soozy Smith, Chief Executive of Breast Cancer Trials. Breast Cancer Trials is an internationally recognised, esteemed group of breast cancer trial investigators based in the Hunter. Their research has led to significant advances in breast cancer treatments and preventative therapies and has saved millions of lives in collaborative research worldwide. We are delighted for Soozy Smith to join us for our 25th Anniversary Dinner.
